Date Nights
Many marriage experts/counselors/therapists/hobbyists advocate the practice of couples regularly going out on dates. The idea is that intentionally taking time each week/month/quarter/solstice to focus on each other strengthens relationships. Now that we have a three-year-old, these date nights have become especially valuable — both to our marriage, and to our sanity.
